I had my air conditioner and my garage furnace bought and installed through Read’s Heating. The guys were great. They were respectful and professional. They cleaned up after themselves The price was very competitive and the work was impeccable. My house furnace quit during a very cold snap this past winter. I called Read’s Heating and they were at my house right away. The tech took a part of my furnace to the shop and was back at my house before 2 hours were up. I had heat that night. I didn’t get charged a small fortune for an emergency call and the tech was bound and determined that I wouldn’t freeze. This is an excellent, knowledgeable, professional local business. I highly recommend them.
Just got my furnace replaced by Reads heating, what a professional and amazing job / service they provided. Extremely happy with the workmanship and install with the Lennox 2 stage variable furnace. I highly recommend Reads heating to anyone with furnace issues / services!
During morning rush hour today, a driver in a company truck from this place repeatedly cut other cars off without signalling their entire way up gateway, including me more than once, and forcing me to hit the curb. I wouldn't hire these guys to do anything now because they seem to hire people who don't give a damn about the general public or their company image, so I doubt they care about customers.
No heat in our brand new home —all night, says to call their 24/7 phone line and they help 365 days of the year. Can’t get a hold of anyone..... they don’t even answer the phone in the morning. It’s 835 and have tried to phone 4 times already- no answer. At 39.5 weeks pregnant. I need someone to come help and turn my heat on.
We just finished a new build and used Reads for our HVAC work and I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with the quality of work and service that was performed. We upgraded to a multi floor zoning system for total comfort and the technician did a wonderful job at meeting our heating and cooling needs, plus took time to explain to me how to use the new advanced thermostat properly. The duct work is clean and tidy and you can tell that there is a sense of pride in the job. They also did an amazing job installing the garage heater and I’m so excited to get into a warm car now! We also can’t wait for the summer to get to use our AC! Thanks so much to the team over at Reads for being so respectful and doing an fantastic job on our home.
It was unfortunate to what happened with my HRV unit but Reads was there to fix it. Thanks to Parry it was done quickly and professionally, also to Jerry for looking into my furnace and getting it up and running. They're both informative,experienced and good at trouble shooting when there is a problem. Thank you Read's Heating for making it easy. Cheers
