We went to GO RV in Leduc and were greeted by Amanda. She got to know my wife and my wishes for a trailer, although we were new to this and had not quite decided on what to buy, Amanda was very patient and guided us through the process. We found Amanda to be extremely knowledgeable and took the time necessary and showed us many options. In the end we did not buy a RV from Amanda at GO RV, we did decide on a new make and model that they did not carry. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used RV to go and see Amanda, you will be well looked after and in very good hands.

We bought our first fifth wheel from GORV, and found the staff to be very helpful. What moved me to write this review was our experience today. We somehow got the automatic levelling system into a tizzy, and could not get it out of error mode. We called Leduc, and Sue had us bring in the unit for a quick assessment. She handed off to Richard, a service technician, who was most calm and understanding. He made sure we both understood how to clear the error code (it wasn't mechanical at all), and then took us through the operation of the control panel step by step. We then actually unhooked the trailer, did the automatic levelling process, and reconnected, with Richard making sure of each step. The whole time, he was patient and clear, never talking down to us, but always sincerely interested in seeing we got the most fun out of our RV. Huge thanks to Richard, Sue, Ben, and Jen. Management should be proud of these representatives of the company.
This was our first time buying an RV!! Our experience fun, stress free and no pressure. All the staff were friendly, and willing to help. I would definitely recommend! Big shout out to Brad (our sales guy), for being patient and teaching us a thing or two about the RV world, without him we would have been lost, he made the process easy when it could have been very overwhelming ! Now we will have the most amazing summer!
