Fantastic owners of this hostel. Patrick really makes an effort to ensure everyone's stay is nothing short of amazing and that exactly what he did. Shortly after arriving he was eager to learn what I was interested in and instantly introduced me to another traveller who was just as adventurous as I am. It was a blast. Each floor of the hostel has a unique and quaint feel to it. Some have exotic stand up showers, other tubs. They are also working on energy efficient upgrades, so when all the work is done this place will be even more spectacular. Loved every minute of my stay here.

A wonderful place to stay when you're in Niagara. It's affordable and attractive. Got great help and stories from Patrick and Shelly - the owners - in discovering nice places, for food and hikes. Luckily Niagara Falls, Ontario, is more than Clifton Hill with all its gaming halls and fairground places. See the Falls, sure, but see the wonderful nature along the river and lakes too.
Place was nice & clean private kitchen with ware surrounding was quite,main attractions & falls view casino was not so far.
Hey, this place is great. If you're planning on going to Niagara and need a place to stay, look no further. It's cheap, clean, and probably the best way to learn about what to do and see. Patrick (who runs the place) will tell you how to experience the best of Niagara has both on and off the beaten path, and he'll make sure that you make new friends while you do it. Plus, he's just genuinely friendly and runs the place out of his love for of it. My brother and I stayed here for a couple of nights over spring break and were running late for check-in due to an unexpected snow storm. Patrick called us just to make sure we were ok and kept the place open for us till we got there. I will definitely be going back sometime when it's warmer. In short, go to this place. You won't be disappointed!
Best hotel ever. Staff was so kind and friendly. They advise you about stuff to see and what not to. You'll love it lucky traveler.

Don't be put off by the negative reviews by you see below. Those who complain and are never happy seem to some how always make their voice be the loudest. But you know when you do right, that is when you don't hear much about it at all. I want to speak out because this hostel has done right! This was by far the most memorable hostel I have ever stayed at. I could not have asked for a better time. You get a real since of a traveling community with such a friendly atmosphere that you are able to be social and even join up for adventures with those you meet there to explore all that the Niagara Falls area has to offer. The owner and staff are incredibly knowledgeable of steering you in the right direction to see the perfect locations and sights. They really know how to make you feel like a super hero! So what if its not a fancy 5 star hotel. Don't go if your expecting that. It's a hostel. Its minimalist and kind of like staying at a camp. But that's what makes it work. When I've stayed in hotels I have never been able to get the same level of travel comradeship with those who genuinely enjoy being a real traveler! There is no TV but its easy to connect with others since its such an easy going friendly atmosphere. Everyone is in the same situation as you. To travel and to be present in the moment to experience new and exciting places. You'll be able to relax and enjoy at this place. I have now stayed at this hostel twice and will continue you to come back! There were no bed bugs!
