Terry was amazing to work with! He was professional and helpful. He is the guy to talk to! He is knowledgeable and takes good care of his clients. The team at Newmarket Mitsubishi helped me with all my needs and answered all my questions! My vehicle was serviced properly and done in a timely manner. All the staff was nice, from Crystal at the reception to Robert who deals with financing new vehicles. It was a totally different vibe you get when compared with the other Mitsubishi ( Markham and North Yonge) and car dealerships. Top notch service and customer care! I would definitely come back!

Service at this dealership was horrible. Car was brought in because of a non-start issue. The dealer had it for a week and troubleshot many things, fair enough, the crank sensor ended up being the issue and they replaced it, the one they replaced it with was deflective so they got another and the thing started. During their diagnostic they said there might be an issue with the harness because they noticed a tear so they replaced it, it didn't end up being the harness so the old one was reinstalled. the tear in the old harness was fixed beautifully as seen in the attached picture. Now that the car runs it was picked up late one evening on my way home the car died on me and a check engine light went on. Come to find out the car now has a speed sensor code and an H02 heating circuit code. This was caused by the dealer, upon calling them the next morning they quoted me another 160 odd dollars to \diagnose\ their mistake. This is by far the worst dealer experience I've ever had and I strongly recommend you not to take your vehicle their for any issue not covered by warranty. the photos attached are of 1. the crank sensor they installed, and couldn't be bothered to put the heat protective wrap back on the sensor to prevent any damage to it due to the heat emitted from the exhaust, 2. the amazing \wire repair\ job they did, where electrical tape was loosely thrown on to protect the wires, and 3. the cut in the o2 sensor that contributed to the heating circuit malfunction code the car was displaying. Mitsubishi If you want to contact me in regards to your very poor service you're more than welcome, the info I have provided is more than satisfactory for you to find me regardless of my email name.

Went in to look at a Mirage and was greeted by a gentleman named Al, he was a great help and had honest answer's to all my questions! Went in to check out one vehicle that turned out to not be the right one. I was shown the larger RVR and couldn't of been more pleased with the test drive. Two days later I picked it up early in the morning! Everything went smooth. No hidden charges or upsale tactics which is much appreciated. I give this dealership a solid 5 stars and the salesman Al a solid 6!

Would highly recommend using Newmarket Mitsubishi for their service department. Highly intelligent staff, well priced, efficient and honest. I’ve been taking my 2010 lancer here for 3 years and I can’t say enough about the guys there and how they treat me !

I'm writing my experience being a pre own car customer of new market Mitsubishi. I brought a 2018 Model Hyundai Elantra from there in last month sept 2020. I don't have any knowledge to check the car before buying it. I trust the safety certificate. Within a moth (18 Days), the car breakdown and shows battery weak. I called the service center to fix this at free of cost and they asked about 300 to buy a new battery. I don't make that as a issue and buy a new battery from the Canadian tire and fix that myself. Today I serviced my car from Hyundai service center and they inform that, a tire in my car is 10 YEARS old and cracks on them. Moreover, the service advisor told that, the seller put this old tire just to pass the safety. When I found the cracks, I afraid that, what all parts they put in my car to pass the safety. I guess the car battery was also an adjustment to pass the safety because how a 2018 model car's battery drain within 2 years!
