3 stars because I have been here many times, with mostly good experiences. The other day I called to ask about cleaning and pressure testing some braided hoses. The guy on the phone (had an accent) thought they could, but put me on hold for a few seconds to ask someone else. They confirmed, so he told me the hours and to drop them off. I left work early to make it there before they closed, and went to the Service counter. The young guy there immediately said they can't do the work, but I insisted he ask someone else in the back since I was told it most certainly could be done. He returned and said no. I asked where the guy with the accent was (I think it was Australian) and he said there was no one who works there like that. I asked if I even called the right place and he said I must have called somewhere else. When I was leaving I checked my phone log and confirmed that I did indeed call Cummins and speak with this man earlier in the day. I really, really don't appreciate being lied to. I don't believe the guy on the phone was being dishonest when he said they could do the work, but I do know the service desk employee straight faced lied to me, which pisses me off because I wasted my time as well. Service customers be wary of what they tell you and get a second opinion if you feel like something is not right.

The dump cylinder on my dads gravel hauler started to leak internally and we needed it fixed ASAP. I called Cummins and they were able to fit us in right away. They removed the cylinder, and completed a full reseal at a great price.We'll definitely be coming back!
