This place has phenomenal staff that are incredibly helpful. I don't know much about guitars, but had one that needed a couple minor repairs and new strings before I could start to use it. They helped me with the repairs, picking out strings, and taught me how to replace the strings myself. Prices seem like they're reasonable, and I feel confident saying that this store is clearly here out of a passion for music rather than to make a quick buck. Highly recommend.

They did a really great job with adjusting my guitar set up, reasonable pricing and only take a few business days to complete the job. Definitely recommend!

Not a good experience. I bought a Ibanez Artcore Jazz guitar there years ago, Neil later told me he sold it to me for the wrong price too low. It was the price everyone else was selling them for back then. Another time, in brought in a squire strat with a seymore duncan jeff beck jr pickup in the bridge position to have some routing done to put in a humbucker instead. The job took forever and he gave me every excuse in the book. When it was finally ready, he gave it back minus the single coil Seymore Duncan. When I asked him where the pickup he told me it was 'no more good'???? I found that questionable at the time as to how replacing a pickup will destroy the original pickuo, but due to my lack of experience I didn't kick up a big stink. Now I realize that is absurd and he keep it and probably sold it or put in another guitar. Those pickups are hard to get. I would not recommend this guy. He takes advantage of your lack of experience in guitar repairs I know better today. Avoid.
