I can share a review of Central based on several interactions with them:\t\tCommunication: great. Our very first contact was via email where I asked for some info about the service they’ve provided, and they answered promptly with answers to all my questions. After that, we had several phone calls. The people I’ve spoken to have always been friendly and appointments are taken with no hesitation\t\tPunctuality: the appointments are always respected. I’ve never had a single appointment moved or canceled.\t\tQuality of the work: great. Over the years, they’ve made repairs, replacements, and boiler installation for me and they’ve always done a great job.

So many reasons I don’t think there’s enough room here. I’ll just discuss the big ones. They showed up early. Caused a leak into my bedroom bathroom. Water was coming through the ceiling fan. The fan no longer works. When I discuss this with the technician that came he said it’s my floors fault. I also have two new leaks now that the technician said it would cost me 800 for him to fix it. It was not leaking before he got here. It took him five hours to put in a hot water tank. I’m not impressed with the service I got.

My hot water intake valve for my washer was leaking. Shawntai was great, identified the problem and fixed it in under an hour. He also had no problem sliding my stacked washer/dryer out of the closet which no other plumbers I called said they would do. He also fixed a leaky facet for me at no extra charge. Thank you, I will use you guys in the future!
