This post office inside Pharmasave is always great except for that one employee- Christine. I always have the unfortunate task of mailing for our office and about 5 x I met that clerk- Christine. She doesn't know how to calculate stamps, she doesn't know which envelope to use to send a registered mail to Toronto; she will tell you your mail isn;'t in their system but if another clerk helps out, that clerk will find it. The line up is long if it's Christine on the counter. She will check, double check and triple check ID's even if you have your billing code or registered letter code. She will enter the code in their computer, check to see your ID and she will check again. If she has special needs, she shouldn't be left alone working. I also witnessed a woman who asked to borrow a pair of scissorts to cut some envelopes. Christine refused stating it isn't the policy of the post office to lend scissors. The woman left and borrowed one from the Pharmacy area. So I'm just giving this PO station a 3 star which is not fair as they are really good. Can someone from management talk to Christine and train her again and again? Also for customer service

I wish I could give Canada Post a negative star rating. I dropped off a return which they scanned in to their system, but never left this location. This was near the end of October. I can only assume someone took my return home for themselves, since the box had a picture of the item. It was a set of resistance bands, and due to covid workout equipment hasn’t been the easiest to come by. I contacted Canada post who asked for the sellers contact info, and since providing it, they completely ignore me. I’ve been emailing them for updates since early November, when I realized the item never left the store. I’ve spoken with the seller who has not received the item, or heard from anyone at Canada Post. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I have to say Canada post has the worst customer service. How can you ignore your customers? Take some responsibility and deal with your customers after YOU lose their parcels!!!

They are saying they're open til 9 but closed already before 8. Google says open til 9 and even their sign in their door....

Lots of parking. Generally nice staff , tight isles!! Handy it’s inside a pharmacy!! Opened late. Lots of packing materials, boxes, envelopes ( bubbled as well as flat ones, all sizes ) and stamps, coins too. They also rent mailboxes.
