Absolutely amazing store, with exceptional customer service! I've been taking beginner sewing classes, and when I bought my new sewing machine from Gem, Mike took the time to explain how to set it up at home and went through a lot of the options on the machine with me. I really appreciate it!

I am doing the Northcott Stonehinge blocks I got the block from this store. I have done 6 to date, not counting this block from different stores in Ontario. This block, Instructions and material quantity are absolutely outstanding! I finished the block in record time and it is beautiful. You should be designing your own patterns. Northcott should be giving you a prize. I hope to get to your store sometime this summer for a visit. Great job. Glenys
