John Tan, owner of UPS Store 137, is absolutely fantastic! He has been wonderful to work with our company, Bendel Services Inc.. John has printed many documents (including eBooks, webinar slides, envelopes, booklets, etc.) and all of them turn out beautifully. It's so easy - we email him the documents and John quickly provides a quote for cost. John also alerts us if there is a better way to format our documents. If changes are made, he emails us a proof to verify before printing. We maintain a business account with John so that our printing can simply be charged right to it. John's UPS Store 137 is more than just a print shop - he's the whole deal! His prices are competitive with the major box stores too.

Used this location primarily to ship packages and documents over the last few years. Found staff to be super friendly and helpful to offer recommendations depending on the item to be shipped. Seem to offer more than just a drop off location. Found hours to be convenient.
Friendly and helpful staff. Easy process
Went on Monday Dec 14 to deliver a package to New York for Christmas. During a pandemic there were no guidelines on maximum occupancy in the store and it was very crowded in there. The UPS driver picking up packages was very rude, telling a man to get out of his way and also mumbling under his breath about how we could all go elsewhere in Barrhaven. When we got to the counter, we advised the front counter we wanted our package to arrive by Christmas. We were quoted priority and express prices of 265 and 145 to have it there by Christmas. When I had done the calculation on the UPS website, I was quoted much cheaper with delivery in a few days so I asked for the cheapest option. I was told 45 however she reiterated to me there was no chance that it would arrive by Christmas. We took the chance, and she reiterated twice more NO CHANCE that our package would arrive by Christmas. It is now 42 hours later and our package just arrived at our family’s house in New York, when I was being told to spend over 200 more. I know Christmas is a busy and chaotic time for everyone, especially at a UPS store, however the entire experience was not enjoyable and unprofessional and I will not be returning to this location.
Friendly & professional owner and staff, printing jobs are top-notch and done on time. Been doing business with them for 5 years, always a pleasure!
