Excellent service and prices. Ahmed Sabra at the Ottawa Merivale location has helped me in the purchase of my major appliances and really took the time to explain the different specifications with the different brands. He was helpful to my keeping to budget for all the appliances for my new home without compromising quality. I highly recommend CAS and sales man Ahmed Sabra.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Very dissatisfied with the installation of my dryer from Canadian Appliance Source on Merivale Road in Ottawa. We had not moved the dryer since it was installed. After we got some warranty maintenance done on the washing machine, the technician discovered CAS had installed our dryer with cinched flex hose. Now we are being given the run around by their delivery service and customer care. Now that I am reading other reviews, it seems that their installers are not qualified. I would not purchase from them again. Edited to respond to the store's response. You are welcome to email me at my email address above to help resolve the situation. I'm tired of emailing this person or that person at your company and especially tired of being bounced between departments. I was expecting an apology for the unsafe and dangerous installation as opposed to \being sorry that I wasn't happy with the installation.\ Like it's somehow my problem. I don't know anyone who would be happy with this situation. And CAS shouldn't be either. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

My washer died on Monday after 15 years. I was freaking out trying to find a new one in stock and I am doing laundry with my new LG from CAS today. In fact - I am on the second load. These guys are great and they had my product in stock - big bonus. Thanks so much to Jamie Malamud at the Merivale store. The delivery and installation guys - Billy and Adam are great as well.

From sales to delivery the process was executed flawlessly. The salesperson was a pleasure to deal with and the delivery people were very professional. Delivery was on time and the product is in perfect shape and is now operating as advertised. I would definitely recommend this store.

It was an overall great experience dealing with CAS. From the moment in the door and all the way through the delivery is was a pleasant experience. Salesman Brendan was knowledgeable and friendly, took the time to go over different manufacturers pros and cons. It really helped us make the right choice for us. Will definitely go back for our next appliance need.
