Been here many times, save yourself time and headaches and ask for either Mohammed or Vincent- they are outstanding salespeople. Excellent deals - be sure to check out the floor models that may be on sale. Delivery and installation was great- they have an app so you can track where they are on the road, and installation guys were very friendly and efficient. Removing one star due to inconsistent sales service with staff other than the ones named above.

We were greeted by one of the receptionists, Elaine, who was friendly and helpful in giving us a quick rundown of the showroom floor. We were pleasantly surprised at the variety of floor models available. We ended up working with Vincent who was recommended to us. He was friendly and helpful throughout the buying process. We were happy with the competitive prices that he was able to offer us and we were told that if the price decreases between now and our scheduled delivery, that we would be eligible for the lower price. This was assuring for us since we reserved the appliances several months before they will be needed. Review will be updated with post-sales process.

Christmas came early for us this year! Our freezer broke down about three weeks ago. I called Frank, but thanks to Covid-19, inventory levels were pretty much non-existent anywhere. Frank was finally able to secure a freezer on December 22 and have it delivered to us on December 23rd. A huge thanks to Frank, Elaine & the delivery crew at Appliance Canada!!

Upscale supply but also mainstream..no pushy sales staff..gave us professional advise. Surprisingly prices were very competitive..specials depending on brand you pick. I hope they deliver as expected, I will update this review in few months time after the fact
