My wife found this company when our Gaggia Swing Up broke. I was pessimistic and thought it was done, but she wanted to have us get it checked out in case it could be repaired. The machine was expensive. The repair was fast, cost 250 to replace the grinder and fix the components inside that were busted, and it is now working better than I've ever seen it work (I got it second hand). The owner gave me a bunch of tips on how to clean it and what type of coffee to use. I am so impressed with my experience here and satisfied with my service. I recommend anyone who needs an espresso machine repaired or looked at to go here. There is no fooling around. Now let me sip on my coffee :-)

I'd like to take the opportunity and thank Joe for taking his time to diagnose over the phone the problems with my espresso machine. After looking at all the options his advice was not to repair it at all, but rather trade it in or sell it for parts and to buy a new one. He even went for the extra mile and suggested the brand and model to buy which was at the moment on sale online at 50% off. For me, it speaks volumes of his professionalism, expertise and honesty. We have a Saeco Express which we have on for several years. We found this place online, and took our machine there. We received a preliminary estimate and diagnosis on the spot, and he called back a day and a half later with the exact problem and cost to repair. It did an amazing job in a good time frame. Our machine works better than ever. in addition, I receive some excellent tips on care to keep our machine working and in top condition for as long as possible. The shop is in a private home outside of Navan, so it's quite a trip from Ottawa and Orleans, but worth the journey.
