Lance took excellent photos of our house for our real estate listing. It was really nice to look back on our hard work and feel proud of what we accomplished over the last few years. We wanted to show how nice our house is and Lance did a great honest job of that. He just somehow knew the shots inside, or in the yard, that we cared about and captured them perfectly. He was professional, on time, and a really nice guy! I would highly recommend Concept Photography! The photos were just amazing.
Concept photography did my kids school photos this year and they were great! When i picked up the photos at the post office , unfortunately my daughter's photos had been switched with another child's photos at the lab. When our school contacted lance he immediately called me to apologize, he printed the photos and he personally drove them out to errington on the last day of school before christmas break! What great service! Mistakes happen in this world, i am not upset when they happen. I am thoroughly impressed with how responsive Lance has been in correcting it. Thank you so much!
