Some hard to find tools are here. They have some of the best return policies around - never had any troubles when I made an incorrect purchase. Don’t think they still let customers cars catch on fire anymore either!

On Saturday November 14th we drove up from Duncan to purchase a free standing fireplace which was not in stock in our local store. We were unfamiliar with the Nanaimo store layout and it was also very busy. We were fortunate to touch base with a young man named Austin and he proceeded to assist us for the rest of our purchase. With very prompt and easy to understand instructions he arranged to have the very heavy box directed to the loading area out back, escorted us to the first available cashier and gave us clear and accurate instructions where to pick up the item. What an amazing employee you have, too bad we can't \clone\ him. LOL Thanks Austin, you made our day :) Sharon and Terry
I went in to have a headlight replaced on my 2013 Ford Edge on the morning of January 27th 2020.There was a tiny bit of confusion on my behalf, and not only did the manager on duty explain what was happening, but he also kindly waived my labour cost. Being apprehensive about being a female and lacking knowledge about the basic necessities my car might need was at the forefront of my mind. No more though. I am a newly minted loyal customer. First class service indeed.
Canadian Tire is my favorite store of all time. I always find what I'm looking for and they have the best sales ever.
Worst service I ever had in life. Your auto service deserve 0 star. Took 7 hours for car inspection that's one hour work. I was told that inspection will cost 50 and then i got charged for over 90. I booked an appointment and was told inspection will take 90minutes. I called after 2hours and being told to wait 1 more hour. No responses and again i had to call 3 times after hours. I was totally frustrated with their service and told that i am picking my car. And suddenly they got report ready in 10 minutes. Can't trust them at all. Totally money minded people and don't care about a customer at all. All in one, i wasted whole day just waiting for inspection, when i should have get it fixed. won't recommend anyone to go there at all.
