I’ve always gotten great service even though I’m just usually dropping stuff off for scanning. I’m an online reseller and they’ve always given me great service.

Don't expect to receive packages at your door even you are at home all day, got up early and tracking the delivery progress on the phone, looking out at the windows, you still and always get a pickup notice asking you to drive to the post office to pick up your package the next day in the afternoon. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have to say the delivery personel must be 'catch me if you can' artist.
Very rude and smug young lady at counter. Talked down to me and drew out a rectangle and square in the air like I don't know those shapes. Also your welcome is a common courtesy
Need more employees line was unbeliveable
I've always had a great experience here, but today I had an especially memorable one thanks to Randy. He was very friendly, calm, polite, everything you could hope for in a customer service representative. Thank you.
