Excellent service. Fast, honest, reliable. I had absolutely no problems with them. Salesman did not try to up-sell me, in fact, he recommended a significant cheaper model of dishwasher that offered the same functioning as a model almost 1000 more expensive. Shop CAS with confidence!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: 4stars UPDATED: 1Star UPDATED: So the following week my fridge died, I went back to CAS to purchase a new fridge. I had a different sales person who was fantastic! Great guy, very helpful and took time to explain stuff to me... I received the fridge yesterday, after setting it up and removing the plastic, a dent in the front side of the stainless steel door became apparent. I tried calling, and talking to people online. I filled out the online form, it took over 24 hours to get a response: a technician will be in contact in 7-10 business days, who will inspect the dented door... Uhg what an ordeal! It's ridiculous and I am not pleased. Photos included but it was difficult to photograph... ORIGINAL: Had looked online before hand so had an idea of what I wanted in a new washing machine. After walking for 20min with no one offering help, had to find someone at the front desk where they all seemed to be. The man was not super helpful, he didn't really offer any alternatives and just seemed hungry to close the deal. The store is nice, prices were good. The delivery came early but were very fast and efficient. They were nice and explained a few things to me.

Started buying a washer online when a sales rep started a chat and through him actually saved a little bit more. He didn't try to upset me and was surprised when I wanted the extended warranty. The delivery guys who showed were courteous and friendly. Got the job done quickly even with going down 2 short flights to the basement. So I have a new washer in less than 4 days.

Canadian Appliance Source was easy to deal with online and over email. All my questions were answered. They were flexible with delivery as only 3 of 5 appliances were available and they delivered the ones that were available instead of making me wait for the whole order. The delivery team was excellent. I received notification the day prior, the morning of and they gave me a call with a 20 minute heads up. Everything was put into place with no issues. They had everything they needed and were in and out in no time.
