I love this bike repair shop. They are honest and hard working. The owner Dom is a great guy. I always recommend this place to cycle friends.

Wonderful place. I lived down the block from these guys for 5 years and went back for tune ups every year. It was quick and well priced. Once I inquired about getting a rack put over my rear tire. One of the guys found me a second hand one for 10 and installed it for 15. It was a beautiful job.

Earlier today, I stop by a bike shop thinking why my tire is flat when I just pumped it this morning. Anyway, I approach the counter and tell him my issue about the bike and how I want the inner tube of my wheels to be changed. He examine the road bike, then ask me few questions and says that maybe I did not put enough air inside the wheels. To cut the story short, I am ready to pay 35 dollars for a new set of inner tube for the both wheels but ended up not paying anything. What I would like to point out is his high INTEGRITY and HONESTY which makes him someone you can TRUST. As a customer, I believe it is important to have a TRUSTWORHTY mechanic that would give genuine assessment, so I value and commend his services for me. 20/11/2020

This is the single greatest shop in Montreal. These folks will fix and diagnose your issues IN FRONT OF YOU. They will take the time to explain what the problem is and what needs to be done. I had an issue with gear slippage and Graeme offered to hop on the bike to see for himself. These guys are seriously THE BEST. Kudos to Josh and Graeme, simply the best care for road bikes. They’re also amazing at explaining your options and what you can add/subtract for optimal performance based on your needs. They don’t just care about riders who race— they care about what YOU need.

Brought a wheel in to be trued at 11AM, I was told it would be 15 and to return in half an hour. No problem! Half an hour later they call me saying my 'hub was loose' and that they needed to replace some spokes, and the price would go up to about 40. Ok, alright, I'm ok with that. An hour later I phone them just to check to see if the wheel was ready or if they had an ETA, the guy said the wheel is being worked on and that they'd call me when it's ready. It's a Sunday, they close at 4PM... 3:30 has rolled around and I didn't get a call. So I just show up at 3:55, and my wheel is ready, but it's still not completely true, and they tell me this as well, it was better than before, but still not true. I ended up paying 60 and left disappointed. They never phoned me to tell me my wheel was ready, and my wheel is still untrue. Reminds me of bringing your car to a garage where they fix and add things you didn't ask for, that old schtick.
