I am new to the world of cycling so my knowledge was (and still is) pretty basic. I had done hours of research before going to Dumoulin but I still was on the fence between 2 bikes. Everyone was so unbelievably patient with me, they let me ask my thousands of questions and was honest with me. Philippe was such a great sales person, he really made sure I was getting a bike that would fit my needs/wants. He told me what would work and what wouldn’t work, but more importantly, why! I think we spent 2hrs together before I finally made my decision. He also helped me with all of my accessories and special ordered some for me. I never felt pressured to buy anything that I didn’t want, Phillips is extremely knowledgeable so I felt like I could trust him. It’s been 3 months with my bike and whilst I’ve only ridden it on my trainer, I’m so happy with my choice. Thank you to everyone at Dumoulin!
Outstanding service! Even several years after my purchase here, they kindly mailed a replacement part I needed without charge. Highly recommended bike shop!
I just got my new bike a few days ago and I love it! Not to mention their service is outstanding (they are pretty efficient)!!! The employees were comprehensive and patient with me. However, there are few thing lacking such as spare pieces (air chambers) and on the go tools (multi-tools). I would give this shop a 4.5 stars.
Had an issue with my bike & it was fixed in 24 hours! Super reliable & I've never been disappointed during my visits. Highly recommend!
