The shoe repair i asked from them was poorly done. I needed a gluing of the soles of my boots, which came undone after a couple of days. Regardless, I went back for a cleaning of two pairs of boots and they wanted to charge me way more than is reasonable. It's never smooth with them, nothing ever goes well
