After trying many bike shops I was so pleasantly surprised with the in store stock and the staff. The staff went to amazing lengths to fulfil my biking needs. They were very honest, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this bike shop.

This bike shop has great customer service and a mechanic who knows his stuff. Their prices are fair and reasonable. I will be going back for years to come.
I visited this shop just once, I felt i overpaid for some parts and wasn't happy with the service. I initially left a bad review here detailing what i experienced. I was expecting maybe I'll get the occasional default response from the owner, Please contact us and we will fix your problem. I was surprised to receive a phone call directly from the owner who was more interested in hearing further details about my experience rather than telling me I'm wrong. David was super calm and very understanding about my experience. While he justified to me some possible reasons, he still offered to make my experience better and address any problems i was left with for free. This is a shop I want to support. David truly cares about his customers and I can definitely see his passion for his business and ensuring every customer receives a special treatment and a good experience. My bad review didn't affect his track record of good reviews and he didn't have to bother even calling me, but he still did and that made all the difference. This is customer service at it's best. David, i want to reassure you, you have gained a customer for life. Thank you for such a great experience. I wish more retailers had a similar attitude.
I went this morning to purchase some Shimano Breaks for my Norco ebike. John, who recieved me, explained to me the difference between the 160 vs 70 shimano breaks. He took the time to explain properly with no rush or forced marketing purchase. So I scheduled an installation for the brand new shimano break purchase for next week as they are pretty booked. I came back this afternoon ( 4:30pm ) with another e-bike which only needed to change the tube as I had a flat with the actual tube. I though he would asked me to leave my bike with them so to pick it back up in few days since I arrived 30 min before closing. Nope. John actually decided to change my tube right away. Took around 20 minutes I think. Paid the fees and I was gtg. This was my first visit at this bike store and I can hereby say that I was pleased. I dont know about the other mecanics, but I know John was very good and competent. 5 stars for now. Cheers
