Excellent service. Highly recommend. They care for their customers. Staff were very helpful and after purchase of a escooter, I received above and beyond service in regards to a charging issue with the product to no fault of the store. A replacement was given to me, but the staff went out of their way, in their OWN TIME, outside of opening hours to collect and build another escooter for me. Furthermore they also spoilt my dog with treats. Thank You very much to all at My Bike Shop, I heartily recommend to anyone looking to repair, service or buy a new bike/escooter here.

Outstanding service every time! I needed a new set of tires that would be faster than my original cyclecross tires but also had a good grip for trails and some tune up in time for a trip to St Andrews. Despite being super busy, Jim and his team were able to accommodate my needs and get my bike ready and perfect on time! And the tires were exactly what I was looking for! Super happy and great rides in St Andrews!
Great place to buy or repair your bike. The guys are honest, will not do any unauthorized work and will give you the choice of what you want to do... Highly recommended and price are reasonable.

Jim pays attention to details. How far the pedals are ? Are your legs fully extended? Are the handlebars comfortable? He is driven by good service and genuinely wants people to be healthier , enjoy riding and do it in comfort!
