I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was at this location. I highly recommend this place and they have excellent prices for boxes and a crate policy word they will take back unused boxes and give you a full refund.

That Uhaul is one of the larger ones with more selection. Staff wasn't too friendly as if they would rather not be there. Oh well.

**This is a review for Uhaul in general as although the rental truck came from this Location I am not sure the uhaul pods did, and I know the reps I was dealing over the phone were not all from this location** We were moving to a new place and rented a truck and 3 storage pods. All went fairly well with the truck rental..however with regards to pods, we never received a confirmation call prior to having the pods dropped off as they instructed we would (no big deal mistakes happen I called myself to confirm). I called the morning before the pods were dropped off and was told they would call me that day. By 6:30pm I had not heard anything so I called back. I was told they were just about to call me and the drop off was scheduled and confirmed for the following morning between 10am and 2pm (their other rep I spoke with also confirmed this time frame). I get a call at 10:30am the day of the drop off asking if I still wanted 3 pods dropped off, at this point I am worried that they won't be dropped off at all as the new owners were taking possession of the house 2 days after we planned for the pods to be here. I explained to him what happened with me calling the day prior and he said all was good and confirmed. Not feeling reassured I called back right away to learn that nothing had scheduled for that day...I am redirected to call another in which they did confirm it and I received text confirmation but was told the delivery time is always 12-4pm and the woman I spoke with was unsure why I was told otherwise by two other representatives. Once the pods were dropped off the driver we dealt with was delightful and very helpful. Overall experience was pretty terrible though and having to sit on hold for over an hour total on our moving day to confirm something that should have been booked two months prior was frustrating to say the least. Would not use them again for uhaul pods.
