My purchase experience was perfect. I bought my trailer just before the beginning of the pandemic. It was exactly what I was looking for and in and in stock. It's not just the purchase that matters to me. My trailer needed a little tlc after making a run on the highway. The service department got me in right away (same day) to patch me up and get me on my way. They ordered the parts needed for the repair and got it done in a timely manner. The customer service here is second to none, the guys in the service department don't just repair the trailer they make you feel appreciated and that you are a valued customer. Excellent experience. What Can you say about Jim King , In service... I traveled to Alberta with my 30foot Car Hauler and we hit some HIGH Winds that tore apart my ramp panels where I had to Duck tape it to hold it together. When I called Action Trailers from Manitoba with my concerns, about what just happened, he was very professional and understanding, and asked me what happened and send him some photos of the damage. Few minutes later he returned my called and mentioned, that it will be looked after under warranty, and that by the time I got home, the parts will be in.. I messaged him on Monday to asked when it will be ok to drop off my car hauler as I figured it would take a week to get everything done 2 days latter, I got a call that the trailer is already for pick ... wow talk about service ... Thanks Jim and to your team for amazing job and surpassed my expectations and the welcome I got, was amazing thanks once again to the Actions Trailers standing behind their product... LOOKS LIKE new again thanks love it some before and after...
Really good experience. Purchased an all aluminum 5x8 trailer. Ordered it and made sure it was a full 8 feet. I recommend you do this or it might be an inch short. Took advantage of the Fall discounts and got about 400 off the regular price. Spent half of that on a bi-fold gate. Everything the video says it is...is true. Chris was an excellent sales resource. No pressure. Absolutely everyone was friendly and competent. Impressed. Best trailer.
This is the 3rd trailer that we’ve purchased from Action Trailers.The prices are very competitive and they have always been great to deal with. They were also very accommodating in arranging a convenient time with us to pick up the trailer. It’s nice to do business with a company that cares about their customers !
