Great service and honest pricing. I purchased 2 bikes from Trek Mississauga in recent weeks (only store in the Province with inventory of the models I was after!!) I want to give a shout-out to the to the store manager 2/13. You made a repeat customer happy on an insanely cold day! and I will definetely be back for a 3rd Trek at your store at some point in '22 when bike availability is back to norm. Happy Trails!!

Loving my new Trek Fuel EX 8 XT! The staff at the Mississauga store were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable.... Need a slight adjustment on my shifter, as I'm getting a bit of chain slip when trying to get to the top gear....needs an extra click or 2 to lock it in....but other than that....a great bike, and extremely happy with my purchase! And the fact the bike totally matches my helmet colors, which I never even thought about when I ordered it, is a nice bonus!

I Met Rick in 2019, while Searching for Bike Techs for a Charity Ride in Caledon hills. From the moment we talked we were connected with the same Mental Health Initiatives. He Gladly was on board for the cause. My experience with his store and team of qualified experts helped in my decision to get a smart Trainer. It took a while, but I got it. With so many shops at the present time with limited to no stock, I kept on the supply and demand with stores. Mind you I live in the NE end of Toronto, but any drive is worth the Customer care that Rick provides. I called about stock and he replied with \ I got 4-5 left of H3\. Within and Without Hesitation I jumped on this chance to Hold 1, within 4 hours of the call, I had the Transfer and CC already completed, bill in hand and Trainer on the way home. There is a Great team at Trek. Give them the chance to serve your Cycling or Mountain biking needs. Thanks Rick and Everyone. Love the Trainer.

Amazing customer service! I purchased 2 bikes for my sons online and the whole transaction was smooth thanks to their help. I will update more once I have pick the bikes up. Update: I picked the bikes up yesterday. They are better than I imagined. Pick up was a breeze, staff were wonderful. Thank you for an amazing experience!

I tried to find my Trek bike in Toronto but unfortunately it was sold out in all stores. I finally found it at Mississauga and I had a great experience with Trek store there. The person who helped me was friendly and assembled the bike very fast. it took me 2 hours from buying it to having it which is great during the quarantine time. I enjoyed every ride that I have had so far with this bike (Domane AL 2 Women).
