Robert was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to keep us informed every step along the way as our delivery was impacted by Covid delays, and tried to make our experience as seamless as possible. He truly gets what customer service is all about. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or his firm for both awnings and patio furniture. The quality of their furniture is excellent!

From start to finish our experience with Sunguard was top notch! Michel was quick to respond to our initial request and extremely helpful when it came to picking the right style and colour awning for our backyard patio. The installation team was equally impressive. They arrived on time, were very polite and efficient, showed us how to use it once installed, cleaned up, and moved our patio furniture back before leaving. We love the look and functionality of our new awning and can't wait for all the enjoyment and comfort it will bring us this summer and for years to come! Highly recommended!!
Outstanding experience from beginning to end. The sales rep was honest and delivered exactly what we expected in the time frame we were advised and the installation was on time on the day of by two obviously experienced and well mannered fellas who installed the pergolina perfectly exactly where we wanted. The communication from even before we made the purchase right up to the end from every department was surprisingly efficient by today's standards. We couldn't be happier doing business with this company.
Once again, Sunguard has come to my rescue. Having an awning that was purchased by another company, there were many problems like it detaching its self from the brick wall not once but twice for two years now so I called them and excuses non ending so Sunguard rescued my summer and awning let me tell you Professional all the way From the people working at the show room to the service guys that reinstalled it I wouldn’t want nor recommend you to use anybody else So if you’re looking for new awning or even servicing an awning Buy with confidence they will take care of you as they did me thank you to Sunguard!!!!!
