I’ve worked for people for 2 years and I can say that my experience was great for my leadership development. I began as a lifeguard in 2018 and eventually was promoted to a Supervisor position. Whenever I had questions about pool maintenance as a guard the management team was glad to help. With this company, you get what you put in. I’ve always tried to go above and beyond at my positions in the company and the management team definitely recognized my efforts. The past two years I worked as an Area Supervisor, and again management was always there when I had questions or needed clarification on specific issues. I’ve also met some really cool people along the way ;

It is an absolute disgrace how this company has neglected our condo's swimming area. It has been mentioned a few times that the cleanliness is poor and nothing ever seems to get done. I am surprised that the swimming pool area hasn't been deemed a health hazard. The cleanliness on this day was shown to one of the staff and it was in agreeance that the area was disgusting and the staff member said \This is why I don't swim in public pools\, this coming from one of the people that are supposed to be maintaining the area.... Do not hire this company to maintain your pools because if the staff don't care, the owners wont either. BTW, the water shouldn't be green.....

Outstanding Service, it was a pleasure to deal with Ted and the team at PPl. We bought a SportsArt T570 new design. I am a 250 pound runner and have found this treadmill to be incredible, it never sticks, and instantly gets up to speed when doing intervals. The 4 HP AC motor is very quick to react and powerful. I strongly recommend the treadmill and PPL Group

I have been working with PPL for the last almost 5 years...I love my job.. excluding Covid-19 times I taught fitness classes, and created a bunch of my own classes. PPL gave me the opportunity take the role of Recreation Coordinator and make it my own. Honestly, if you are hard working and want to exceed expectations the upper management team are great allies. Megan and Rob are very easy going and are easy as well enjoyable to work with! Then of course there is Tim, a man you can't forget. He is tough on his staff but only because he expects the best. If you put in the work and show him you care about your job he as well is very easy and enjoyable to work with!. For all you condominium managers out there... Forget all these copy cat companies. PPL is true to it's core values and mission statement. What you need, what you want and, what you deserve... PPL is always there! Gotta pool, gotta rec centre call your friendly pool people PPL!!!

Terrible company. We have a contract with them from the builder of our townhouses. They constantly get things wrong. Just take a look at the photos. When they removed the winter cover, they broke one of the anchors, they didn't even recess a few of them; a little girl tripped on one of them and injured herself. They left the pool utility room a mess; The floor is flooded, the equipment is all over the place, there's trash everywhere. When they opened the pool, they didn't even install the filter baskets. The bottom of the pool was full of debris like rocks, sand etc. They didn't even clean it up when they opened. And the worst was the SPA. They said it was opened. Look at the green water in the photo. Would you say that's sanitary?
