Literally every package that has been sent to me through Pitney Bowes, be it sent by Amazon, eBay or others, has never arrived. They’re a company that seems to be only a year old, they claim not to be a carrier but instead some sort of “intermediary” for your package (whatever that means) and they seem to have no customer service dept. Even their “Pitney Bowes Cares” (what a misnomer) twitter account just generates an automatic response to check the tracking info on their site (which has not been updated in weeks). Who is Pitney Bowes? Have they ever successfully delivered a package? Apparently no one knows.
Just like the other reviews on this company, I'm here to tell you to avoid this intermediary at all costs. I got a notification saying that my package was delivered, but my package was never here. I called the shipping company that Pitney Bowes contracted to ship this item and they confirmed that the package was never delivered by them. So I then proceeded to call Pitney Bowes (nightmare trying to get through on the phone as well) and once I finally got through to an individual he said \hold on and bear with me for a second\ and proceeded to put me on hold for 5 minutes pretending to do something and then just hung up on me. This is a shameful company with no respect or decency for customer service. I was actually shocked reading the other reviews on this company and thinking no way it could be true. IT IS and do NOT contact this company for anything.
Stay away from this company, unreliability is beyond imagination here. Customer service is non existence. They lost my package many times. Simply they don't have reliable drivers who can deliver your packages. Even amazon call center could not get them on the line.
