I ordered a stainless steel pedicure bowl - within one month, it was totally rusted and losing its finish. I followed the cleaning instructions as per the nails r us website, so there was no reason as to why this should be happening... for a 300 bowl..I expected it to last me years..not months.. I then purchased a 100 pedicure stool which rusted, corroded, and snapped in half while I was sitting on it... after further inspection you could see this stool was clearly defective. After reading online, the only reason this should or could have happened was if it was being stored improperly in a warehouse / facility prior to me purchasing it. I had to return 2 expensive pieces of equipment within 1-2 months of purchasing them due to defective products THEN the cashier proceeded to tell me they will no longer offer any returns or refunds on any equipment or furniture for me! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Your product barely held up 1-2 months after purchasing them. This is not my fault in any way shape or form. I should not be out of money due to your defective products. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere - the quality of their items is garbage and the customer service I received today was awful. I brought in 2 copies of emails from the owner / manager joey clearly stating I could come by for a refund and the cashier was refusing to do the return until I bantered back and forth for 20 minutes. I live 2 hours away round trip and don't have time to deal with these constant returns. save your money and go elsewhere
