Recently had to replace an item with Impact Canopies. The customer service center was very accommodating and helpful with our situation. I've rarely experienced this level of understanding and customer care, I really appreciated the effort put in by their team to handle my request. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely furious!! Purchased this canopy in box, it was missing instructions as well as a number of pieces, including 2 parts which give the canopy its tented shape. Contacted manufacturer, who conveniently do not carry spare parts for this item because it is from their economy line. Canadian Tire out of stock everywhere. I guess my 200 canopy will just flop at the top during summer long market. Thanks, Impact!
