I am so impressed with Home Comfort Canada. Our relationship started in 2014 when we moved into our current home. Another company came to install a new furnace. They had measured everything but the installer wanted to knock down a wall into my office. We declined and called Home Comfort Canada. They installed it the next day. They also installed our air conditioner. We have them come every year for cleaning. Always professional and courteous. Our furnace stopped working yesterday. Of course on a very cold weekend. Anyway it's before noon on a Saturday and up and running. Grateful. Highly recommended.

This company does not have skill and professionalism needed to be in this business. I hired them to replace my furnace and I got a red tag warning of safety violation from Enbridge, and yet they didn't want to take any responsibility of their own work. Not recommended at all. I bought a furnace unit and installation on Nov 18, 2010 and a maintenance work on Apr 22, 2014. On Jan 31, 2021, Enbridge technician came to replace the meter and issued a red tag warning for the unsafe furnace installation. I have to fix it within 30 days and it will cost me about 300.00. I reported this to Home Comfort Canada on Feb 2, 2021. They replied on Feb 5, 2021 and did not want to take any responsibility without any reason. This is clearly reflects the lack of responsibility, competency, and professionalism by the technician and the company.
Look no further, Home Comfort Canada gave the best rate, were very understanding, took the time to handle all of my questions, were on site the next day - there is absolutely nothing they could have done better! When Carrier Ltd decided to make it costly and complicated for me to claim a recall on the recalled (and dangerous) secondary heat exchanger - Home Comfort Canada redeemed the Carrier name for us through professionalism and expertise. I totally support small, family-run companies. No bureaucracy- thanks for working with us and looking after our family!
We were in the middle of a heatwave in July/August. Our Central Air Conditioner seemed like it was struggling to keep us cool and comfortable in the house. Unit was 10 years old, we thought maybe it was done. Called and spoke with Richard, explained the situation, he had Jesse come by to check it out. It took him 5 min to figure out there was an imbalance in coolant pressure and with consultation with Richard, balanced it perfectly! The system has been great, running efficiently and keeping us comfortable. We were prepared to replace the unit and I even asked Richard to have one ready if this fix didn't work, but it did... .saved us a lot of I will say, when it comes to future maintenance of our AC or Furnace, they are the ones I will call. When the day comes to replace either, they will have my business for sure!! I highly recommend them!! Great job, all of you....i wish more companies treated their customers (potential customers) the same way. Thank you from the Vrljic family!!
Very unorganized company. We booked twice with Home Comfort and both times they were no shows. The second time, the rep guaranteed a sales specialist would come to our house and stated we were put on high priority. When we tried to get in touch with them to see if they were still coming, there was no way to get through to a live agent. The ringer went and then hung up. The mail box was also full. Very disappointing. Avoid Home Comfort.
