I needed to quickly source a hospital bed for my aging parent, whose health was declining rapidly. I checked multiple sources and Help Mobility was the easiest to work with - and on a Sunday too! The initial call with Osama was helpful and efficient. The bed was delivered the next day and Ali accommodated our scheduling needs. When he arrived, he was kind and empathetic. He also made sure all controls were understood before leaving. Upon pick up a few weeks later, Ali was again accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I strongly recommend Help Mobility.

I would highly recommend Help Mobility!! My Dad's condition very quickly took a turn for the worse. I was referred to Help Mobility and contacted them right away. They answered the phone and had a hospital bed delivered and set up within 2 hours. They also brought a wheelchair and later a commode. The service is very pleasant and we all felt so relieved that this type of service was available and that they were so extremely quick and accommodating. I decided to order another piece of equipment and Ali arrived with a smile and set everything up efficiently. Everyone we have dealt with so far with this company has been friendly, which is always a breathe of fresh air. I have been patronizing Help Mobility for nearly 2 years and I wouldn't go any other establishment that specializes in medical equipment . Saed and Mohamad have consistently provided me with superior customer service . Their product knowledge surpasses every other medical equipment provider that I've gone to in the past . The entire staff , including the technicians Ali and Abdul, have been extremely professional, friendly and very helpful. Recently , Ali came to our home for an after hours service call to repair my mother's hospital bed . When he was finished the repair, he stayed and helped me to put the bed sheet back on the mattress , now that's going above and beyond ! I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who appreciates an establishment that values their customer's . Help Mobility sets the standard for excellence in the medical equipment business.
