Cancelled my appointment 3 times because the had to install a furnace for someone else and never bothered to call and let know there was an issue. I had to follow up to find out what was happen..UPDATE they finally showed up and did the work. They do good work when they finally keep their commitments. I still wouldn't use them again

We are happy with the installation of new Lennox Air Conditioner for Furnace and AC Direct installers. The workmanship was excellent and looks neat and clean. We found these people very helpful. The also guided me for changing air filter on time. Installer Andrew was professional.
