The sales person Ozan Celikel came promptly to discuss our heating needs. Ozan explained everything to us very clearly and made our decision making process easy. The installation crew lead by Joe Difonzo and Steve were very efficient, polite and their work was immaculate. The thing I liked the most about the installation crew was that they cleaned up after they left.
Ernesto P. came to take care of our plumbing/faucet issue. Ernesto was very professional, knowledgeable and ensured all safety protocols were followed upon entering our home. We appreciate his great service!
David Koles fixed our entire plumbing problem we were facing to a great degree and to above our satisfaction. He completed a difficult job which we could not imagine completing. Enercare Technician Representative has arrived on time last Saturday to do the annual maintenance check for my heating system (Mr. Andy Haelig). Mr. Andy arrived on time. He showed good respect for my house, followed the social distance and other protocols. He was very professional in his work, did all the maintenance needed and explained the results in details with me. I was very satisfied.
