I came an a competitor studio just down the street. Needless to say this i found my home studio. The owner Cass is amazing - such a great lady. The instructors here are some of the best in the industry if not the best. Leesa is the senior instructor. Come train here and you will conquer fitness goals you never thought possible.

Love this studio. Super professional, experienced instructors, an emphasis on safety and technique and a lot of fun to train at. I've gotten so much stronger since starting my aerials training here.

When you first drive to the studio, if coming from Erin mills, it is in the 2nd enterance of the parking lot (from Derry, it's the first). Be careful, at night it's hard to see the difference and I always end up on the wrong side because they're right next to you and separated by a small median. When you drive in, there is limited parking for unit 12 but since classes are after working hours it should be fine. I like that it's discreet so you don't worry about people watching in the studio. When you enter there's a large lobby type area where you can hang out jacket and out your boots. Before you get into the studio there's also bathrooms as well as a hang out area which I like because if you are taking multiple classes or need to eat dinner there's a microwave and water so you can refill your bottle. The studio is HUGE. For anyone interested in other forms of aerial like hoop or silks, they have it all here, even kick boxing. I really like how the classes make you feel empowered and there other patrons are also very supportive. The owner is super nice and there is a variety of classes you can take so I highly recommend.
