I have always had a good experience with Absolute, we purchased our furnace A/C and air cleaner from them and continue to purchase our air filters through them. They are very responsive and prompt as well they usually have my filters in stock which helps. I highly recommend them.

Had some issues with our air conditioner… Called Absolute comfort at 8 PM Monday night and they had someone at our house next day by 5... service was fantastic and Gary was able to fix everything for us very fast! We have a 7 month old baby and thankfully she will be able to sleep comfortably tonight In this heat wave! Given the current situation with COVID-19 I was very impressed with the technician, wearing a mask and gloves. Not everyone is doing this and made it much more comfortable for us having someone in our home. Thank you!!!

After using Absolute to replace capacitor, I had the benefit of having another repair person check out our AC. Absolute said at first my coolant was fine. A few minutes later that became ot full\ accompanied by \save up to replace unit next year\. My second opinion said the coolant was nearly full and the unit was in top working order and would last me many years to come. Their thing is to sell a new 3K unit no matter what. and capacitor's markup was several hundred percent. Do not recommend.

Had a problem with central AC unit. Its a bit one with two big fans. One was starting nice and fast, other had a few spins then would stop. AC technician failed to find and wires going from board to a fan, while fan clearly had problem with spinning. Had to fix it myself after the tech leaves. The sharp edge of metal casing cut through wires due to vibration. The business owner came to house to inspect the unit later. Not much help, but a good gesture.
