We had other businesses in and no one ever solved a concern about the tap in our main bathroom. We had others try to sell us other things but none of it ever addressed the concern until we brought these guys in. First Ron made the diagnosis and attempted a repair but when that didn't solve the concern as he said it might not he told me what I needed to do. I ordered the cartridge from the tap manufacturer life time warranty and had Chris install it once it arrived. After months of tap problems and others who just couldn't address my concerns these guys handled it professionally and quickly. I found the fees reasonable and the guys friendly and super helpful. They really are nice guys! We found our new plumbers! Thanks guys!

This is the third time we have used the Tap 2 Drain team to keep our home well maintained. Today we had Ron come by to snake our drains and ensure that they keep flowing like new. Had a Tankless Water heater installed. Very quick and efficient service. Inquired about the service and had a quote and installation within a week. Took the old water tank away, lots more space in the furnace room. Very professional service. Highly recommend and will use for future projects
Ron was Professional, courteous, found problem right away and fixed it. On time. Kept in touch. Installed another hose bib on top of the PRV repair same day. Would recommend this company and would use again.
