Didn't shop for a bike or anything bike related. Haha I visited the store for a tattoo from Richard MacDermaid, he's my artist that I've been going to for years. Put your trust in him and he won't let you down.

Call to order a blade for my Honda Lawn mower witch is a 1986 told them the model number and year and could not help me without a serial number. Checked on the machine and serial number is faded on the sticker and can't read the number. Call them back and nothing they can do to help me and just doesn't care. Search online and find my parts right away no problem. They were way nicer when a bough a new four-wheeler about then year ago but when you ask for some service good luck.
Just bought a 130 dollar helmet for 69 taxes in great sale.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Update to previous review. After going out of their way to pick up my check service since then hasn't been great. Had to phone 3 times (so far), to find out where my plate and registration is. Going on 3 weeks and still no sign of the items I need to ride the bike.
Had a great buying experience. Terry Stewart casually walked over and asked us if we needed assistance. Told us to have a look around and if we had any questions he would do his best to answer them Absolutely no pressure and helped us with every stage of our purchase. When it came time to pick up our new bike. James Stewart went over every detail and made us very confident that we could handle any situation that arose. Kudos to Terry and Jamie for the exemplary service and help.
