I ordered a jacket for my mother for her birthday online and we went into the store when the jacket arrived (a little later than hoped). However, it was worth the wait because the jackets are absolutely gorgeous, well made and the colours are stunningly beautiful for "rain coats". We had trouble choosing because they all looked great on her. Next time I need a raincoat I will definitely make the trip in from Maple Ridge to purchase one. Tonya was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work. Highly recommend this store if you need a solid, well made, beautiful rain coat.

I wish I could give 10 stars because that's how much I love my Mia Melon jacket. I bought my first one, Provocateur II in 2013, and 7 years later it is still going strong. The fabric is perfect, it is weather proof, and it is just the perfect weight. I've worn it while I was working full time at Pike Place Market in Seattle, I've worn it in Seattle downpours while I walked to work, I've worn it to outdoor concerts, I've traveled to NYC and Boston with it, I've spilled coffee on it more times than I care to admit, and more! It is not too stuffy, but also on days where there is a chill in the air, it keeps me warm! I have lived in Seattle/Olympia and it is the perfect PNW jacket, not to mention stylish AF. I always get compliments on it wherever I go. I just bought 2 more jackets on sale and I am so stoked! The jackets are worth every penny, I'm not sure I believe all of the reviews here on Google because I'm here as a testament saying that I've had the same jacket as my #1 jacket for 7 years now. Ordered one size and got another. Tried reaching out by email, text, and web chat as instructed by the company and got no real direction from them. No refund, no replacement.
Great jackets and great customer service! If you are looking for a beautiful, fashionable and fully waterproof jacket, this is the place to go. They have really cool selection of designs and colours very much needed on Vancouver rain jacket scene. I am very happy how my jacket fits - it has room for layers underneath, while it’s not heavy and bulky. Jacket itself is pretty warm too. Perfect for Vancouver weather and it looks awesome!
Excellent customer service and it’s SO nice to find a Canadian (and even BC-based) company that designs its coats right here! The coat is cozy, keeps me dry (highly important on the wild wet West Coast), and it’s stylish and attractive!
Update: Its been just a few months since I bought the coat and the buttons are falling off one by one. I contacted the company about their warranty and they said they would look into it. Fast forward a week later and I hadnt heard back so contacted them again. This is when they offer me up to 10 to take the coat to a tailor myself and have the buttons sewn back on LOL. What a joke. These coats are very pretty but don't seem very well made. Would not buy from again. My coat arrived a bit late because of a customs delay but it was definitely worth the wait! My Lexi coat is just gorgeous Fits so well and appears to be very well made. The customer service was fantastic and they kept me well updated on why there was a delay and answered all my texts quickly. Ill definitely be ordering another style soon :)
