Such a rare experience to be served by someone with your needs in mind (versus some corporate agenda). Horrible customer service waited over a month for my mask and hose before I received them Called them never returned my calls promptly. Very unorganized Left hand didnt know what the right hand was doing .Over priced cost of a mask and hose was close to 300. Went on Amazon 60 bucks for hose and 80 for the same mask You just lost a customer Shame on you for marking up your prices so High. Never again will you get a dime out of me. Would have given them ZERO STARS if it was possible.
Hospital bed delivered a week ago and PSW just found a bed bug! Seriously!!!! Aren't the mattresses fumigated PRIOR to delivering?!?! Totally disgusting! My bedridden mom now has to deal with bites from these now!?!?!?!?
The answer service is a waste of time. Basically you can leave a message.
