The products are great. The people who work there! Not so great. After verifying my eligibility for a replacement CPAP with my insurance company, I went to buy a new one. 1. Staff don't listen. Argue about the government, prescriptions, need for doctors appointment.... All to replace a old machine. No setting changes, just a new machine. 2. Staff double down on ignorance, saying that they will sell the machine, but are stamping everything with no refunds. ( Completely out of spite ) 3. Staff argue that they can't find my information in the computer. ( Too bad I'm standing with my old machine that has a medigas sticker on it ) 4. Go to pay for an item for my wife, and am told, that they cannot accept my payment until my mother says it's ok!!! We are a couple in our 40's folks. This business made spending 1200 an awful experience. You should all be fired!

You'd think for a place that sells medical equipment, they'd be a little compassionate or at least friendlier to their customers. The service here disgusts me!
Thank-you for being the only company to show up today bringing both things we ordered early.....we couldn't count on community care, durham medical, the hospital doctor, but luckily at least you came through for us
