My main experiences have been with Guy Snell & have also been pleased when he has come out of retirement when I've needed assistance. It's been a pleasant surprise when I walk in and Guy is there.

It was a very positive experience with Guy Snell. He was very knowledgeable on the issues I had and pin pointed the solution to my issues. The phone system however is very time consuming and could be more stream lined in my opinion.
i just needed a replacement mask and with covid they make it very difficult. tried calling ahead and goes to a call center. the call center tried calling and no one answered. showed up and the doors are locked and no one on the front counter. easier to go to Wellness by shopper's
Careful for covid - offering me a mask promptly as I had left mine in the car. Friendly and quick in addressing my need for a filter with my breathing equipment. Would go there again!! Thanks for your help!
