I was very disappointed with how this store handled an unhappy customer just now, literally just left! The man bought a vape pen few days ago, and it is not working very well. He was kind, friendly and respected your staff. Your staff went and phoned you, the owner and you declined the man to exchange, and pay the premium for the better one because he has already used it and you can't resell it. Big boo hoo, you probably would have made up the difference on the more expensive one. If this was my business I would have taken the opportunity to prove how your customers happiness is important to you. To offer only a 20% off on another pen is outrageous. If you would have exchanged and let him pay the extra for the better pen, you would have had two happy customers. I felt bad for your staff having to relay that information to your customer. For a store that just "reopened" I def will not be back, too many other stores in Enderby to waste my time here. I doubt that man will be back either. He ended up leaving the pen he purchased and probably went somewhere else to buy a better one. Just lost 2 customers future sales! Horrible customer service on the owners part, the girls working did the best they could.
