I had the pleasure of having Rob and his team install my appliances. They were very meticulous when maneuvering around my house and ensuring that everything was done perfectly. I really appreciate their attention to detail and they also took the time after to explain how to operate my machines. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they brought a smile to my face many times with their fun and playful personalities. I will highly recommend them to all my friends!

Unionville Appliance is such an amazing find! We have never had a chest freezer before, but since I like to bake, and freeze food for convenience, it was time to purchase one. Due to the pandemic, I found out this was not an easy task. Chest freezers were on back order since March 2020, especially since I was looking for a specific brand. I was searching for a local appliance shop, and spoke to Anthony. There happened to be one freezer left, since a customer changed their mind! He confirmed the freezer was brand new, and the box was unopened, before I made the purchase over the phone. I am so glad I decided to buy locally, and support a family owned business. When we picked up the freezer, everyone was incredibly friendly and super helpful! The freezer is fantastic, especially when items are on sale, and we are not limited to one tub of ice cream now – LOL! Thanks so much for your kind assistance Anthony!
Bought a new washing machine. Amazing honest service in store and installation was way above standard. My stacking washer died but dryer was still good. These were the only guys who did not try and force me to buy a new dryer and made my old dryer stack with my new washer. Great service from Sario in store and Rob, Vince and crew for the delivery and installation. I highly recommend these guys.

We bought four appliances and despite being in Covid times last year, we received three in good time and were really pleased with them. As our fridge was on back order, and we were living out of a cooler during our reno, we received a loaner fridge which was a godsend. Our fridge eventually came in and we love it. It's a hard time for shops when product is held up through no fault of their own and patience is needed during Covid. We have been so pleased with the service we have received from the guys there and would highly recommend this shop.
