I came into the store for gift items for a family member who loves Saje products. Due to the times, I was very hesitant to stay long and intended to be in and out for 3 minutes. I was greeted and approached by Kylie warmly and was put at ease with the conversation. She was open to providing product information, reviews of majority of the items from personal use and suggestions for the gifts. The amount of her product knowledge and first hand recommendations was impressive as it made a huge impact on my current and future purchase selections. Kylie made the experience pleasant and light, especially compared to other stores at the mall. I recommend anyone looking around and/or shopping at this location to greet Kylie. She will provide a positive vibe, great smiles and kind assistance. Thanks again, Kylie. I appreciate all the help and your product research on your own time. Keep up the awesome work.

They don't have anything unique, despite how they show that they have an array of essential oils. They all smell very similar and lame. In their Goddess blend of 'florals', all you get is overpowering citrus smell, and nothing floral at all. Waste of money and time.
Came into the store last week with my husband to find an essential oil scent for my new diffuser. We were greeted warmly at the entrance and given our space to smell and choose from the different options. After a while of us being confused on which scent to get, Christina approached us with a friendly smile and explained more about the oils and special offers the store had going on. She answered all our questions about diffusers with patience and expertise, and after a bit of chatting she offered us an exfoliating hand wash experience which we both absoluely loved! She then guided us through choosing a good scent, and recommended one which we ended up loving and buying! Thank you for the awesome service and experience, Christina! :)

I went to the Marville location sometime in July 2020 and the store associate that was helping me was very stand-offish. She looked like she didn't want to be there and was quite rude while speaking with me. I walked into the store and she waited for me to walk all the way in to the store for her to send me back to the front to get my hand sanitized. Then I proceeded to look at one of their products and put it back on the shelf when done. She instructed me from across the room to put the product on the ledge of the shelf so she knew which one I touched so she could disinfect it. I was the only one in the store and if their instructions were that specific, they should've posted them in their store. Needless to say I felt very unwelcome and will not shop there again.

Went into this location as the smell caught my attention very fragrant store as I was walking around a sad grumpy employee demanded I sanitize my hands very rudely. The only.issue I ahd with this is they use a cheap generic product sanitizer that they have refilled in a giant jug thar came out like water that left my hands red stinging and peeling after I left. If these side affect do not resolve by a a couple days o will investigate what type of sanitizer they are making people use in their store as they should be held liable.
Excellent scented creams and humidifiers. The price point is a bit high in my opinion for a product you can get anywhere else but their saje scents really do work well. I bought a couple products that you can apply on your forehead and back of the neck and you can instantly feel a sense of relief. This particular store has some very friendly sale staffs so I'd give them props for customer service. I'm overall happy with my purchases. I think the jars holding the creams should be just plastic instead of the hardened containers so then you can actually use all the creams inside the jar by just squeezing it. Just recycle the jars after completely used. 4/5 stars.
