This location is conveniently located inside the first Markham place food court in the corner (wraps around the corner of the food court). Prices are getting too expensive though, even with the promo items, there were so many limitations like I could not change from cold to hot or cannot change the ice/sugar level. I ended up not ordering because I wanted to get an item that was on promotion but I don’t want to get full sugar and full ice. I also wanted it hot which I could not do. Not a fan of the policies here unfortunately. The employee working there was nice though but she wasn’t the one in charge that could make exceptions.

It surprises me for tasting a good bubble tea with a great value. Highly recommended.
Love the brown sugar milk tea and the large is so big. Younger cashier was so kind and gave lots of drink recommendations. Highly recommend the mango slush with lychee jelly as well, my kids loved it
The daily special is probably the best deal if you want a bbt fix. It hits the spot, but not the greatest quality. Overall, I always come here if I want bbt at FMP compared to the other bbt store in the food court.
Will not buy again. The tapioca was bad
This is by far the worst bubble tea I had. I paid more than 7 dollars for the large original bubble tea. The tea tastes like water. The tapioca balls are hard. Will never come back.
Love there brown sugar milk tea. And there large is HUGE! overall good service and fresh tea. Only concern is they only accept cash and this other method which i have no clue what it is
The workers here are so nice and fast. Highly recommend the milky taro!
