One of my go to bbt place. I went on Friday after learning they have new drinks and egg waffles. Not busy for a Friday evening with a couple of people getting bbt. The staff was super friendly and nice when I said I wanted to try their new oreo series and egg waffles. She then told me the oreo series not shown in the menu yet and switch the tv display to the oreo series page. Then when I not sure which flavours to try for the egg waffles, she recommended to try the original and said it is good. She even let me know that the egg waffle will take about 5 min. Super great service! The drinks were all great and fast! The oreo strawberry was yummy and the egg waffles did not disappoint! It was so good! The egg waffles is crispy on the outside and soft cake texture inside. Each one are filled and no hollow inside! Super super pleased!
They offer different combinations that other standard places do not. Good option and delicious.
I used to like this place so much. This location really went downhill. The staff was not professional at all. I was ordering in English and she said to me, sorry I don't speak Chinese. What's wrong with them. I was not speaking Chinese to her. I ordered regular ice and they gave me light ice (almost no ice). If you are the pic, you can see with almost no ice. Sighs. I guess it's my last time here.

Staff are all very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This location is a bit small but have enough small tables to accommodate small groups of people. They have good COVID safety measures including stickers to aid with social distancing, plexiglass setup at the cashier and hand sanitizers for customers. Wifi password is “milkfoam”
First time visiting and I asked for half oolong tea and mt for my drink and she did a amazing job
