Our furnace stopped working this January. Called the company for a quote and a representative Tony Zheng came immediately. He was thoroughly professional and informative and gave us several options. He even provided us with two portable heaters once we opted for his company to install a new furnace. The technicians arrived the next morning and installation was completed within a few hours. A very professional technical crew. Highly recommend this company

For Saving (Heating and Cooling) Home Service Inc. was recommended by my uncle, for my ductless air conditioner purchase and installation. Max visited my apartment to assess what type of a/c was needed, the placement and the electrical issues involved. He explained the breakdown of costs and the installation. Two men arrived on time and took just a little over 3 hours to install my ductless a/c (they also had to install the electrical outlet and connect the outlet to my electrical box). Before they left, they made sure I tested the unit, and knew how to care and clean it during winter and summer. They also made sure all installation debris was removed in my apartment and the path to their van. I was so impressed with their service that I recommended them to a friend in my building (he recommended them to two other friends).

We had our furnace fail late on Dec 22. After contacting Max, he investigated options for the repair, attempting to resolve the issue with the least impact to our budget. Max gave us all the options, discussed the pros and cons of each item. He was informative and professional. On Dec 23rd in the early afternoon, we decided to replace the furnace and Max coordinated his team to be onsite within an hour and performed the replacement quickly following that. It was a pleasure dealing with the team, and the service provided was remarkable. I was extremely impressed at the concern and care provided for start to finish. I would recommend Max and his install team (Aneal) anytime. Thank you for returning heating to us so close to Christmas !

Got a wall mounted AC unit installed. They arrived on time and tested the system to ensure working order. The unit went down 2 weeks later but they were quick to come and assess the device and have it replaced by the manufacturer a week later.
