This was my first call to Enercare and it was a great experience all the way through. As promised, the tech (Hayden) called in advance, again upon arrival and followed all safety protocols. He explained what the plumbing issue was and promptly fixed it. No mess, no fuss. Thanks Hayden - we appreciate your expertise and help. Highly recommend Enercare.

On Jan. 26, 2021 I had a team: Dan & Adrian removing old HWT, installing a new one as well as changing the old piping into the white ones. The job was done to my highest satisfaction, clean, perfectly lined with what needed to be done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, way to go to the top boys!
This is my second installation in about 5 months with Enercare. They are great. This time I installed a water heater. Everyone from the customer service persons Marian, Darlene etc to Brian, Frank , the technicians who visited, the installers Adam and Aaron, were all extremely polite and swift in getting their part of the job done. They coordinate well as a team. I'll definitely be using their services again.
We are very happy with the new furnace installation. We appreciate the professional advice from Johnny C. in making this decision. He is very Knowledgeable, helpful, kind and cares about customers. He arranged the furnace replacement quickly and efficiently (imagine our furnace broke down in February!!!). The team who installed the furnace (Craig and Cody) arrived on time and did a great job, they are professionals!!! Thank you!
