I have a few packages sent to me and over the past few month. I received a phone today notifying me that one of my package has been sent back, yesterday. I don’t understand, why not call me before sending it back? If you had my phone number all along, why not call yesterday to confirm?! Or just check if The same address had other packages when I came to pick up last week?! Horrible, horrible
